Fantastic
It explained what naturopathy is and how it works. I really like that he described hydrotherapy and tells how to do it to help heal bruises, cuts, lacerations, etc... I used it on my husband and it worked wonderfully. This book is a definite buy!

Author: Anthony Mitchell
Average review score:

Lorna's review
Anthony Mitchell profoundly captures the extent of the terrorism that is invading the Global World in the new Millenium Year: With his graphic, excellent informative insights into the lives of the terrorist Osama Bin Laden and his followers, who are devoutly fanatical in their attempts to cause destruction, death and ruination to the Western World through Bin Laden's Holy Jihad war. "Nazarene Eleven" is factual, realistic, chilling and it exposes the intensity of the danger that terrorism represents.

The New Economy of Oil: Impacts on Business, Geopolitics and Society
Published in Paperback by Royal Inst of Intl Affairs (May, 2001)
Authors: John V. Mitchell and Norman Selley
Average review score:

Wonderful Treatment of Important Subject
This an excellent study that forms a viewpoint for evaluating the next 20 years of oil and related energy isssues. I'm currently involved in such a study and find the book to be fascinating reading and extremely helpful in framing the possibilities. The focus is on the next twenty years, starting with an evaluation of "conventional wisdom". It then surveys key interest areas: Oil Supply, Transportation, Natural Gas, Prices, Energy Security, and acceptability.

All of the surveys are of high quality - I particularly found myself attracted to the depth of treatment in the natural gas section, and balance in the view taken of acceptability of energy supply. Other topics also treated with great evenness are issues such as oil availability, competing technologies, competition within segments, security, global warming, and social impact. The book ends in an excellent discussion of challenges and choices.

I thank the authors for putting together this very informative and useful review of oil and energy. I also thank Amazon for making this book so available in a timely way.

Captures The Human Spirit
This is one of the few books, other than the Bible, that I refer to almost daily. The author captures so much of the Human Spirit as seen through many different viewpoints.

As we are born, so should we go through life - head first (Kamau)

Organic Faith: A Call to Authentic Christianity
Published in Paperback by Cornerstone Press Chicago (December, 1997)
Author: Ron Mitchell
Average review score:

Sound and Solid
This book will never make the bestseller list, only because it is too challenging for many. It is about the cost of true Christian discipleship. As such, it does not appeal to popular taste. However, for those who have the guts to apply the spiritual principles expounded, it is good meat and wine for the soul! This is the Gospel of Jesus Christ at its very essence. The world would be revolutionized if it did read it and apply.

A Unique Artist's Book
Ellen Kozak's watercolors are a beautiful interpretation of Rilke's poem. The pairing of text and image, the design and pacing of the text layout, and translucent pages add to the book's originality and intrigue.
